The Incident Occurs
Make sure everyone is safe and arrange for medical care if needed.
Take the necessary steps to protect the aircraft from further damage. Your insurer will reimburse you for reasonable expenses.
Assess The Loss
We’ll discuss the details of the of the damage, loss or injury and review your policy coverage and how then advise you of the next steps.
Lodge The Claim
We will lodge the claim with the insurer who will appoint an assessor in most cases.
We then liaise with you providing advice on the next steps in the process and answer any questions in regards to the process.
Manage The Claims Process
After we lodge the claim, we then regularly liaise with the insurers to ensure the claim progresses. We will provide you with updates and assist with any specific requests. We then liaise with loss adjusters on your behalf to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
Negotiate Settlement
We’ll review your policy terms and conditions and ensure you receive everything you are entitled to under the policy and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Finalise the Claim
We’ll finalise the claim when the insurer provides settlement funds then and close our claim file. We will need to ensure that the underwriting information is updated to reflect the claim at the next renewal.
